The Public Library of Steubenville and Jefferson County is open, giving customers access to services but in a limited capacity in order to maintain a safe-guarded environment.
All library customers including children (9 years of age and older) must wear a cloth mask or a face covering during your visit
inside the library building. If you do not have a cloth mask or a face covering, the library will provide one for you.
If you have a medical exemption letter written by a licensed doctor, you will not be required to wear a protective face mask.
Library users will be required to reserve time at the computers and for no more than one hour.
At this time, toys and play areas for children are closed. Children 12 years of age and younger must be accompanied by an adult. Study rooms and meeting rooms are also not available to the public.
Check the events page on the website for programming. Programming is slowly being scheduled with seating placed 6 feet apart to maintain social distancing.
