Tot Time, Main Library

Tot Time is an interactive program for parent or caregiver with children ages 2 to 4. Tot Time offers books, songs, play, rhymes, a simple art project, and tips on promoting early literacy.  Registration is required by calling the library at 740.282.9782.

Did you know?  Singing: Singing develops language skills. Slows down language so children can hear the different sounds in words. Helps children learn new words and information.
