February 26 is National Tell a Fairy Tale Day.  Starting Friday, February 19, children can visit the  Public Library of Steubenville and Jefferson County to enter their names for a drawing to win a fairy tale treasury book.  One name will be selected at each library branch to win a copy of the book.
