Relax and unwind when you attend this breathwork class guided by Lisa Mort. Lisa is a certified breathwork facilitator. Breathwork is a practice of deep rhythmic breathing used in various techniques that allow you to bypass the
mind chatter and go straight into the subconscious. Wear comfortable clothing and take a yoga mat. Space is limited.
